Professionals Only:
We sell wholesale directly to salon industry professionals and not to
the general public.. We accept orders from Salons & Spas,
Estheticians, Cosmetologists, Massage Therapists, Dermatologists, Nail
Technicians, & Chiropractors. We ask for your professional or
establishment license at checkout and verify this information with the
issuing state.
Ordering:
Orders are accepted online via our secure server (128 bit SSL) 24 hours
per day. Don't want to order online.. No problem, we will be happy to
accept your order via Phone or Fax. Please see the top of this page for
our fax number and Toll Free Order Line. You can also email us your
order with contact information and our customer service department will
enter your order and contact you for payment. Please do not email us
your credit card number as email is not secure.
Order Status:
After you have placed your order you can check the status of it online via our online order status system. Order Status Please allow several hours after you place your order for the status to be updated online.

Our store is hosted by Yahoo. This is a summary of the steps taken to

Socket Layer (SSL): Yahoo! Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as
financial services information or payment information. An icon
resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window
during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of
payment. Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during
checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you
provide will be stored securely on our servers.
CISP Compliance:
Yahoo! Merchant Solutions is certified CISP-compliant. Created by Visa
and MasterCard, the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP)
outlines a standard for security procedures for merchants and service
providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data.

Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover online or via
Fax or Phone. For local pickup customers we do accept Cash, Check or
Money Order as well. Please note that we do not charge your card until
your order has shipped.
Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax in Arizona. If you are located in these states
you can be exempt from sales tax on retail items for resale. Please
email us and we will send you the appropriate state tax exempt form to
complete and send back to us. We will need to have those form(s)
completed and on file before we can apply a tax credit to you order.
Order Processing & Shipping:
We work very hard to ship most orders within 1-3 business days. From
time to time back orders do occur when the demand for certain items may
overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate
stock. You can always keep up to date on the status by using our online
order status system. You can access this system by clicking the "Order
Status" link at the top of any page.
Shipping Rates
GROUND SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER $200.00
Ground Shipping Rates are based on the order value. Please see the table below for our ground shipping rates.

Ground Shipping is via
FedEx or the US Postal Service depending on the weight and
destination of your order. The estimated transit time for your order is
1-7 Business Days depending on your location. PO Box addresses are OK
for Ground Shipping.
Furniture & Equipment: Most Furniture & Equipment shipments require additional shipping charges and do not apply for "Free Shipping".
Some of these items are not able to ship via the Ground shipping
methods and can only ship via LTL Freight. If an item is not able to
ship via Ground it will be stated on the item page, you will need to
select the "Freight" shipping method at checkout. All rates are
available in real time to you at checkout.
A business address is required for all Furniture orders.
Express Shipping:
We offer several Express Shipping options shown below. The rates for
these shipping methods are based on the weight of the order and will be
displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.
FedEx Express Saver(3 day)
FedEx Express 2nd Day Air
FedEx Express Standard Overnight
Please note that Hazardous item cannot ship via any Express Shipping method. Please see below for more info on Hazardous Items.
Express
Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
For example, a 2nd Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on
Monday and an Overnight order shipped on Friday will be delivered on
Monday. Please note that the standard processing time will apply before
your order ships. PO Box addresses can't be shipped via an Express
Shipping Method.
Alaska & Hawaii: Alaska & Hawaii our
shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail, there is an additional
shipping charges for these states. The rates for shipping to AK &
HI vary depending on the weight of your shipment. 2nd Day Air and
Overnight Delivery are available. The rates for all services are
available at checkout.
Puerto Rico:
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Transit time is 3-6
business days (not guaranteed by USPS). Please select Ground Shipping
at checkout to display the rates.
Overseas Military(APO/FPO):
APO/FPO Shipments are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. The fee
is based on the weight of the shipment. Ground shipping is the only
method available to APO/FPO locations. The shipping rates are available
at checkout.

Hazardous Materials
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipments
of certain hazardous material items. Aerosol products in pressurized
containers (such as hairspray) and products containing flammable or
corrosive chemicals (such as nail polish and nail polish remover) have
this restricted status. Ground shipping is required for all such items.
Lost or Damaged Shipments, Order Errors
In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged we will reship or
issue a store credit for the lost or damaged item(s)at no additional
cost to you. Please email our Customer Service Department ASAP if you
discover your shipment is lost or damaged. We will handle the claim
process with this carrier.
Our
goal is 100% accuracy in shipping your order. We use barcode technology
to scan pack your order to ensure accuracy. If you do receive the
incorrect item we will be happy to send you the correct item at no
additional cost to you.
Returns:
We will be happy to accept any unopened item back for return up to 30
days from receipt. To qualify for a return, ALL items must be returned
in their original condition, including the original packaging and
containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. We
are not able to refund for the original shipping charges on returns.
Please contact us to receive a return authorization number prior to
shipping your return item(s) out. We offer 2 options for returns.
Please note on your return which option you would like.
Return
for Exchange or Store Credit is also available (less the original
shipping costs). There is no restocking fee or exchanges or store
credits. The amount will be applied to your customer account and then
can be applied to your next order.
Return for Refund is
available(less the original shipping costs and 12% restocking fee)
Please allow up to 10 days after we receive the items to process your
credit. Please note that refused shipments may take additional time to
process and may be subject to additional charges from the carrier.
FHI
Irons have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. These irons may be returned
for a refund less the shipping cost (usually $5.00 to $7.00). There is
no restocking fee for the FHI 30 Day Program. |
